    Kenneth Gibbons is a General Practice Attorney.  He is widely known for his skills in litigation and negotiation.  He has a concentration in Criminal Defense of both Misdemeanor and Felony Cases.  Mr. Gibbons is also experienced in the areas of Corporate Law , Estates, Wills, and Real Estate Law. Mr. Gibbons has an abundance of experience in the area of Family Law.  He has been to court from initial proceedings through trial for matters involving Custody, Neglect, Abuse, Child Support, Paternity, Matrimonial and Divorce Law.  He is also a long-time member of the Fourth Department Attorneys for Children Panel, representing children in Supreme and Family Courts. Mr. Gibbons is a frequent lecturer to other attorneys in Continuing Legal Education programs, and is a recipient of the Erie County Bar Association Aid to Indigent Prisoners Society award for Family Court Practitioner of the Year.

Joseph W. Stadler

    Joseph Stadler has years of trial experience in the areas of Family and Matrimonial law.  He has successfully represented clients in cases involving child custody, child neglect and abuse, divorce, child support, paternity, and family offense matters.  He has been a member of the Fourth Department Attorneys for Children program for over ten years.  Mr. Stadler's practice also includes real estate law, trusts and estates law, contracts, criminal, and corporate law.  Mr. Stadler is a recipient of the Assigned Counsel Program's Distinguished Service Award in the area of Family Law.

Kevin C. Gibbons

    Kevin Gibbons' practice includes Domestic Relations Law, specifically the areas of custody, child neglect and abuse, divorce, child support, family offenses, and paternity. He enjoys representing children in Family Court matters as a practicing Attorney for Children.  He also handles a large number of personal injury cases. Mr. Gibbons as successfully litigated and settled various types of P.I. matters including those related to construction accidents, workplace accidents, dog bites, and car accidents.  He is also experienced in handling misdemeanor criminal matters and issues involving Worker's Compensation Insurance, Insurance Bad Faith, and Consumer and Commercial Claims. He has successfully litigated DWI/DUI cases in City, State and Justice Courts.  Mr. Gibbons has also participated as a panelist and lecturer for continuing legal education programs and the P.E.A.C.E. Parent Education and Custody Effectiveness program.
